Emily Treibs

Emily Treibs is a sophomore English major studying at Schreiner University. She enjoys reading, writing, and partying like it’s 1999. Emily plans to become an editor and to enter the professoriate to become an English professor.

Brittany Smith

Brittany Smith is studying English with a secondary teaching certificate at Schreiner University in the Texas Hill Country. She hopes to teach at the high school level in the public education school system so that she can make a difference in the world. In her free time, Brittany enjoys reading mystery novels.

Aaron Miller

Aaron Miller was born in Sherman, Texas and graduated from Douglas MacArthur High School in San Antonio, Texas. After serving in the United States Army, Aaron returned to higher education to study English. He is currently a senior at Schreiner University and intends to pursue a Masters in English and hopes to teach after graduation.

Michaela Carabajal

Michaela Carabajal is a junior English major with a minor in education at Schreiner University.  She is from Kerrville, Texas, and enjoys reading and longboarding in her free time. After graduation, she plans to teach high school English.   

Levi Guzman

    Levi Guzman is an English major who will be graduating in May 2018. Studying at St. Phillips College and later Schreiner University, Levi has served as the student representative of Schreiner University’s 2017 Hiring Committee for Associate Professor of English, as well as the 2017 Senior Editor of Schreiner’s creative publication, The Muse. He is also a member of the English Honor Society, Sigma Tau Delta. After graduation, Levi intends to enter a career in copy editing, publishing, or technical writing.

Kim Martinez

Kimberly Martinez is pursuing a degree in English with teaching certification at Schreiner University. She is from San Antonio, Texas, and enjoys writing, reading, and juggling in her spare time. After graduation in 2019, she plans to teach high school English.
